Fun Family Adding July Joy

July was a busy busy month. In addition to family travels, Mommy travels, and Kid-Free Vacay for Mommy AND Daddy, we welcomed family travelers to Austin almost every weekend.

Uncle Mitch helped Nana and Zayde drive "Old Betsy" - a super big truck - from Atlanta to Driftwood with supplies for the new house. We were happy to squeeze in a brunch with him during his short stay in Texas.

We spent extra time with Nana and Zayde as they worked on moving into their new mega-house.

"Is she distracted?"

"Cool, I'm going in!"

"Nailed it!"

While Daddy and Zayde worked hard doing manly work and putting together furniture, the rest of us went outside to find fun things to do on the rainy rainy, cold, wet day.

Aunt Sandi and Cohan crew came in for about 24 hours on their way to CYJ, and we squeezed in some pool time with them!

Having received a positive strep diagnosis 36 hours before arriving in Austin, Mira did NOT want to put on a bathing suit, did NOT want to go to the pool, and did NOT want to have any fun.


After nap, Teams Cohen, Cohan, and Gilden joined together at the Domain for cousins pizza and fun!


Being that Uncle Jon crashed "Special Aunt Time," it turned into -
