We started, of course, with a breakfast of champions.
"Who can show the most teeth?!" |
Sometime around this point, I texted Jon to tell him he was responsible for toy pick up.
Time to get our hair done in matching pigtails. (Mind you, Nora doesn't like to have her hair done at her home...)
Dressed and ready to go, we walk to the park around the corner from our house.
Gabi and Nora take turns pushing Ethan's stroller before resorting to holding hands and walking together. |
...until walking became old news, and jumping was the new walking! |
We made it to the park. Time for swings!
Big sister helps push Ethan.
Snacktime with three little peas in a pod:
I love these two sweet things!
Always time for digging:

chalky children |
Gabi's teacher has observed her in "solitary play" and has told us that she will continue developing to reach the "cooperative play" stage. We're not worried.
After the dirt, chalk, and lunch, I wasn't gonna put anyone in bed without a bath. The kiddos didn't seem to mind.
Nora doesn't nap on weekends. |
After nap, we had 2 going strong and 1 who needed a little extra time to wake up. |
I may have been exhausted by the end, but we had such a great time! We went to a Memorial Day BBQ in cute summer dresses and ended the day just as sweetly as we began. Debbie Daycare is open any day for business!
