San Antonio - Riverwalk

Two whole years ago (remember 2 years ago, March 2020???) we were trying to make last minute plans to give the kids a fun getaway in San Antonio. As the world was shutting down, we cancelled our plans. But 2 years later, we had the chance for a re-do! San Antonio is just a short drive away from our home in Austin and has so much to do that our family hadn't explored. When we arrived to the city after lunch, we went straight to the famous Riverwalk. There was so much to see and look at on our first introduction to the area.

Even big girl Reggie got to join us walking along the Riverwalk the first day.

SOMEONE - not mentioning any names - has put it in my children's heads that we like pictures in this family
and we can just take pictures whenever they request it. Where did they get such an idea??

The kiddos learned very quickly how to suffer through the daily "special treat." The first afternoon's treats did NOT disappoint.

On Day 2, we treated the family to a River Cruise and enjoyed a different perspective of the river. (Some of us enjoyed the historical and informational perspective as well.)
