July that Wasn't in Driftwood or Galveston and Pre-CYJ

Fun fact: In the month of July 2021, there are exactly THREE days when 5 members of Team Cohen will wake and sleep in our own beds in our home in Austin, Texas. (And that's a lie if you count the one of those nights when Jon worked a mid-shift at work and didn't even sleep here.) Here are the few moments when we could potentially all be together.

On his last day of "Camp Twin Lakes," Ethan earned the title of the one and only "CAMPER OF THE WEEK!" As most things do, it called for an ice cream celebration.


Before we went to Galveston for a week, we asked Shayna and Team Gilden to take care of Rona for us at their house. Then, we had to get her there. Have hamster, will travel.

Our friend Erin turned 8, and her birthday party was on the ONE weekend day in July when we could all celebrate with her. Lucky for us, too, because there was a petting zoo! We got to pet and feed a whole range of small animals like bunnies, a guinea pig, hedgehog, bearded dragon, tortoise, and hen.
