Just in case people needed more energy, Aunt Sandi thought donuts would spruce things up.

In the morning, we start getting ready for a celebration by making a birthday party banner and baking some cupcake cones. With lots of helpers for lots of little tasks!

Jacob assumed he was showing up to the playground for a small and sweet cousins party. Aunt Sandi completely surprised him by inviting a whole lot of friends also.

As Daniel Tiger would say - "That was fun, but now it's done."

When we had one more morning together, we went to a playground next to a dog park - win win for all...Especially when there's a splash pad that was not child proof at all. Within a blink of an eye, the kids were in their underwear and having a Decemberful splash day!
