Gabi's Birthday DAY

Birthday Week was a great success in Austin. The weather all week long was extremely pleasant and sunny. We started the week with a great Birthday Party with lots of friends, pajamas, stickers, and fun! We continued the week with a trip to the zoo with lots of animals to watch and feed. Then, we got to our actual birthday DAY, and even though Daddy had to work in the afternoon, it didn't stop us from enjoying the day, feeding some ducks and geese, and celebrating more!

Gabi just loves feeding these birds and shows no fear no matter how close or loud they get!

After the bread was gone, we said 'bye bye birds' and went around exploring cow statues and other fun sights.


This gorgeous girl enjoyed her gorgeous 2nd birthday. She loves to dance, laugh, color, sing, talk, challenge, play, and so much more. We love her hugs, kisses, hilarious personality, strong character, and lots lots more. Gabriella Daphna is incredibly special, and we couldn't be more proud! At her appointment (first time on the big girl scale!), she measured 34.5" in height (67th%) and weighed 32 lb, 3 oz (97th%). Her pediatrician used the words "kind of a red flag," "portion control," and "skim milk."

At home, we have some yummy cupcakes, and she gets to blow out 2 candles on her real birthday.


Inspired by Aunt Sandi's creativity, I created a collage similar to last year's cuteness. The play on "TWO" came out just as sweetly as the play on "ONE," and here are both for you to enjoy. Happy Birthday, Gabriella Daphna!
