While You Were Gone

With the summer months upon us, we have squeezed in special opportunities for the children, which has turned into a revolving door of children in and out. Those of us left behind have also found some special activities to enjoy.

While Gabi was in Atlanta with Nana and Zayde, Mommy took Ethan and Spencer to see IF at the movie theater!

While Gabi was in Atlanta and Mommy took Joey and Ethan to Schlitterbahn water park in New Braunfels, Daddy and Spencer had a day together and enjoyed the Thinkery children's museum.




National Donut Day!

Even though the human sister was gone, we still got the canine sister to play with (or lie on all of the playing cards).

Gabi returned, and Ethan went off to Florida with Daddy.

Shabbat dinner of champions: homemade fettucine alfredo, roasted broccoli, and a Disney movie

Those of us left behind were treated to a youth production of Beauty and the Beast.



Gabi and Spencer participated in a karate birthday party.

Ethan came back and we lost Gabi again to overnight camp. One afternoon, I picked the boys up early for camp and surprised them with a spontaneous trip to the pool. We had the entire pool to ourselves for the majority of the time too.


Reunions are so sweet! While we had a lot of fun apart, together was our favorite place to be.
