Jacob's Bar Mitzvah Weekend

Having had Mira's Bat Mitzvah plans changed due to a worldwide pandemic, we were excited to join together in person with family for a weekend full of socializing, eating, and celebrating.

On our way, and at least one of our kids is engaged with us.

We snuck into Casa Cohan to drop off the pups for boarding before checking into the pup-free hotel. We were glad to squeeze in a little Mira and Jacob love before the busy weekend officially started.


We weren't able to capture pictures of the services that Jacob led beautifully, so this screenshot of the accomplished teenager and ALL of his THIRTEEN (!) cousins at the end will have to do. We are so proud of you, Jacob!

Spencer had the best time playing with Jacob's 5-year-old cousin Emmett all weekend.

Ethan had been wanting a picture with the Bar Mitzvah superstar ALL weekend!

Little did the hosts know that the playroom upstairs would be the most popular and exciting room that morning as France and Argentina battled out the World Cup Final in a full regulation game, 2 periods of extra time, and ending in a penalty shootout.
