Blintzes

Shavuot - the time Jews celebrate the receiving of the Torah. Also, it's customary to eat dairy. Even through the magical power of Google, it's still not obvious why dairy on Shavuot. 🤷‍🤔

A common dairy festive food on Shavuot is cheese-filled blintzes, thin rolled pancakes similar to crepes. With no other plans for the festival and some bored Cohens, we celebrated in a way I never have before by making homemade blintzes from scratch. I impressed myself, and they came out quite nicely too!
