High Holy Days 5786

Getting ready to usher in the Jewish High Holiday season, we had work to do! With Sukkot quickly approaching, we needed to get the furniture and sukkah ready for business.

Yom Kippur brought back the tradition of wearing a lot of white to emulate angels.

Mira spent the day with us and taught the Cohen crazies how to knit between services.

Time for one of our favorite home-based holidays! We had a sukkah! We had a lulav challah! We had cousins! We had meals, game nights, lots of lulav shaking, and so much fun.

Some annual traditions are too good to pass up: edible sukkot, pizza in the hut, and cousins lateover movie in the sukkah!

Dolphin David, Spencer, and I went for an early morning service on Hoshanah Rabah.

And finally, to cap it all off, some ice cream Torahs to celebrate Simchat Torah and a fun High Holiday season. Happy 5786!
