Feffuary Celebration

When Spenceman's birthday fell on a Monday this year, that meant we got to extend the celebration all weekend long. We were grateful that Nana and Zayde came to town to help us celebrate.

On Saturday night, after Spencer's soccer party with friends, the extended family went to one of Spencer's favorite restaurants.


On February 24, Spencer William turned EIGHT years old, and the Balloon Fairy came prepared.

Mommy and Reggie enjoyed a delightful walk to school with the Birthday Boy.

Mommy and Daddy went to eat lunch with Spencer to add more joy to his special day. We were joined by a whole cast of characters.


Spencer was excited to open Nana and Zayde's present after school (with an assist from Micah).





Spencer got to talk to Grandma and Grandpa on the phone and opened their presents together.

He held the phone up to his cheek so he could get their kisses.


We gathered more of the Spencer Support Club and headed to his restaurant of choice for dinner.


Some of the best amusement of the night came after dinner when Spencer opened his present from the Gildens and was ecstatic about his new dolphin blanket, sleeping bag, onesie, snuggie, costume.




Spencer's 2 best sibs made him very thoughtful pictures to hang.

And lastly, before turning off the lights on Spencer's big day, he got to open his last present (for now): a super soft and snuggly soccer blanket to help him score big dreams. Lilah Tov, big EIGHT-year-old.
