Baseball Season Opener

We are excited to have the opportunity for Ethan and Joey to play on the same baseball team this season, with Uncle Craig ascending to Head Coach for the first time! Even Daddy is playing an assist role for a full family-affair. To make it more exciting, the team name is Ethan's favorite MLB name - Go Marlins! Both CohGil families came out to support the Marlins on the opening game of the Spring 2025 Season.

Coach even put Ethan in as Catcher at the end of the game!

Ethan earned the Game Ball at the end of Game 1 from his great pitching performance.

Misc. February 2025

Based on blog posts alone, I can tell we had a slower month in February. And thank goodness!

Both Spencer and Ethan finished up successful basketball seasons this month. Ethan earned his team's MVP award. Spencer scored more and more baskets each game. Go Mavs! Go Wildcats!

Mommy made a hands-free carrier for the cat that wants to snuggle. All. The. Time.

We had a fierce competition for "Co-Worker of the Month."

Squirrel competed bravely, but I think Bri was the clear winner in the end, mostly due to her brute persistence.

Speaking of animals, Gabi had another great month with horse-riding lessons, even learning to trot.


Speaking of Gabi, this gorgeous newly-turned 12-year-old had an Orchestra concert and dressed the part beautifully.

The children were entertained by giving Daddy instructions on navigating the clean up of the "Shelf of No Return."

Gabi and Spencer have been exploring the photo editing features on my phone, both with and without permission.

Gabi announced that "the toilet was smoking!"

Ethan missed the first day of Shrek auditions due to illness. The director was kind enough to let him submit an electronic audition. Kitty Squirrel wanted to harmonize to help Ethan sound good and give him a better shot.
