Gabiover in Houston

To benefit everyone's lives, Aunt Sandi invited Gabi to spend a weekend in Houston together, eating junk and doing really special things for 48 hours straight. As a gesture of gratitude AND in anticipation of Aunt Sandi's upcoming birthday, Gabi woke up extra early to make special cookies for her special aunt (and then was tired on the drive, go figure).

We met Aunt Sandi halfway between Austin and Houston at the Blue Bell ice cream factory in Brenham, Texas. The twinsies in bright yellow were ready for a fun weekend together!

The obvious mandatory activity at an ice cream factory (Jon was there too):

And then they were off headed their way, and we returned our way!

Proud parents enjoyed receiving these pictures of a sweet time shared with the 2 sweet ladies.

Gabi decided that special aunt time could include cake pops. Aunt Sandi took that idea and ran away with it by agreeing to make their own cake pops.

Pretty sure Aunt Sandi's kitchen would have preferred purchasing said cake pops.

Aunt Sandi and Gabi heated up some hot chocolate, packed up the homemade cake pops, and surprised Jacob's teammates with some sweet treats at their baseball game.

They say "all good things must come to an end," and it was time to meetup again for the return exchange. This time, instead of ice cream, Aunt Sandi was treated to a couple of nephew surprises.
