We began at the Austin Botanical Gardens, which was a new experience for both of us.

Following the Botanical Gardens (and a scumptious lunch), we ventured on to Barton Springs for a very cool dip.

Having been my birthday a week earlier, Erica brought me WHITE chocolate covered strawberries, and they were DELICIOUS!

Even the little guys could be bribed into a cheesy picture with the help of some sweet strawberries.

And finally, while Erica was supposed to drive back the couple hours at night, she spent the night. That was not actually a surprise and is pretty normal (for us). The next day, we purchased our traditional McDonald's vanilla cone. Also not a surprise and is pretty normal (for us). The new part was enjoying it around 8:00 in the morning. ððĪŠðð
