Team Cohen: July 2016

With June as (*sarcastically*) fun as it was, we were pleasantly relieved to try again in July. And whaddya know, Gabi *all-of-a-sudden* likes popsicles again!

We had plenty of playdates and even grabbed a few pictures of the fun too! Here we are at playground fun for Alice's Birthday party:

They're having fun, but it seems much too hot to smile.

It is especially cute watching these 3 (not-so-baby) boys, all born a month apart, grow up together.

We were also lucky enough to play with Maven and Addi and water fun in our backyard not once, but TWICE this month!

The 2 little ones don't seem to be as sure about the humor as the bigger kids.

Then, we went to Erin's Sesame Street themed birthday party...Except Gabi slept the whole time during Epic Nap of 2016. At least the lucky half of Team Cohen made it!

We were really excited when our Houston cousins visited us on their way to Mira's sleepaway camp.

We were fortunate to join Aunt Syssa in celebrating her birthday this month! Gabi, the goofball, was especially excited.

Sweet Gabriella Daphna turned 3-and-a-half and had a great great month! She had no strep, no surgeries, and no vomits. She has started writing her name beautifully, drawing pictures of her family with more body parts than before, and is quite the happy, responsible helper (when she wants to be). She shares her toys and takes turns (surprisingly) nicely with Ethan, and the two have really really been playing sweetly together.

Gabi did this 24-piece puzzle almost entirely by herself without a guiding picture to help her. We were all very proud!

Ethan is a happy boy getting closer and closer to his 2nd birthday. He's saying more and more words (most of which I can understand), putting words together in teeny little sentences, and continues to make everyone around him laugh and smile. He sings the ABC's (among many other songs) and counts to 3 (and SOMETIMES 5).
