Sunday Funday

On our last weekend day with just Spenceman, we made the best of it! First, Mommy and Spence enjoyed an afternoon together at the pool, just the two of us.





Next up on Sunday Funday, Mommy and Spencer joined Team Gilden at our local minor league's baseball game. Go Round Rock Express!

Pre-game festivities included a train ride and some inflatable bouncing.

Other July Tidbits

After just one week of July, we shipped Gabi and Ethan off to 3.5 weeks of sleepaway camp. Still, Ethan managed to have enough time to sneak in selfies on my camera somehow...

I should at least teach him how to angle the camera better. 🤪

He worked really hard to complete all of these in the short time between Galveston and camp.

We just had one more kid to get rid of so we could enjoy a musical on the hillside. Yay for date night!

Jon says I take too many pictures of the animals. (1) He's right. (2) I had to compensate somehow for the lack of other children to photograph.

And finally, Spencer asked why it took my so long to get him after they called his name. I explained that I got held up a bit.

For most of July, we had 2 big siblings away, and the little mouse certainly did play! We all enjoyed the quieter and calmer pace and volume. Spencer really enjoyed the tons of attention all for him.

When Spence is the only one around, apparently there are no food rules:
